The didn't quite live up to it full potential but nevertheless it was another good evening's entertainment for a decent sized crowd at Eastwoodbury Lane. Catholic took the lead after 20min through Dave Owens. Mark Thresher scored an equaliser for Rams to make it 1 - 1 at half-time. Ramblers missed some great opportunities but the ball just wouldn't go in the net.

The second half produced some exciting moments at both ends and both keepers were called upon to make important saves. Again Catholic found themselves ahead on the hour mark through Rob Pomroy and it looked at though it may just be enough to win the tie.
